Retail Branch Manager – Kraaifontein

About the role

The Retail Branch Manager will lead the Kraaifontein branch of Sanlam Retail Mass, driving growth in customer base and revenue. You will shape branch strategy, ensure compliance, and deliver an optimal client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the retail branch strategy, overseeing sales delivery and service culture.
• Guide, integrate and standardise activities of Sales Consultants to meet targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day branch operations, including people practices, compliance, risk and quality.
• Plan and report monthly sales and service performance.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) with RE1 and RE5, plus 120 Wealth Management credits or a tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA.
• Minimum 5 years recent industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Service management, insurance sales, and credit/lending experience.
