About the role

Burnt Studios is building a high‑energy retail team in Woodlands, Pretoria. As a Retail Advisor you will create meaningful customer interactions, uphold store standards and support the launch of an exciting new retail concept.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent and consistent customer service that reflects the Burnt Studios brand experience.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring the shop floor is always clean, organised, and visually aligned.
• Assist with stock replenishment and support smooth stock flow on the sales floor.
• Accurately process transactions and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and overall store goals.
• Support general store operations and contribute positively to team performance.
