About the role
Join Burnt Studios' retail team in Pretoria, delivering a global‑standard in‑store experience. As a Junior Retail Advisor you will be the front‑line contact for customers, ensuring the shop floor is welcoming, well‑stocked and operates smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and create a positive, engaging in‑store experience.
- Influence buying decisions through product knowledge and interaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support stock replenishment and maintain a fully stocked shop floor.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company standards.
- Assist with merchandising following management guidance.
- Support stock loss prevention and follow security procedures.
- Handle returns and exchanges professionally.
- Contribute to an organised, efficient, customer‑ready store environment.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good punctuality and time‑management.
- Team‑player mindset with willingness to support others.
- Ability to quickly apply learning to new situations.
