About the role
Pam Golding Properties is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Agent to join its East Rand office. You will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and expanding market share within your territory while upholding the company’s brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential property buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate and close residential property transactions.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote listings.
- Maintain a high level of client service and support throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall office performance.
