About the role
We are seeking a proactive Reservations, Administration & Management Assistant to support the daily operations of our lodge in Stormsvlei. The role combines guest communication, reservation handling, and office administration to ensure smooth and memorable stays for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations, enquiries and confirmations using booking systems.
- Handle rates, availability and liaise with agents and tour operators.
- Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay, and host guests as required.
- Perform general lodge administration, filing and maintain guest records.
- Assist with invoicing, payments and other financial administration tasks.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
- Support management with daily operations and coordinate staff schedules.
- Assist with guest check‑ins, check‑outs and special requests, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
Required profile
- Previous experience in reservations and hospitality administration.
- Experience with Nightsbridge or a similar booking platform (essential).
- Strong computer literacy, including email, Excel/Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
- Luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
