Senior Travel Incentive Project Manager

About the role

Green Route Africa Destination Management is seeking a Senior Travel Incentive Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of corporate travel incentive programmes across Southern and East Africa. This full‑time remote position will work closely with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and manage travel incentive projects for corporate clients from inception to completion.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables, providing regular status updates to clients.
• Oversee logistics, inspections and on‑site execution to guarantee high‑quality experiences.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing corporate travel incentive projects.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Southern African destinations and logistics is advantageous.
