Repairs Coordinator

About the role

Major Tech is looking for a highly organised, customer‑focused and detail‑oriented Repairs Coordinator to join the team. The role involves coordinating the repairs process, communicating with customers and technicians, tracking repairs and ensuring jobs are handled efficiently from receipt through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Booking and registering all professional repairs received from customers and branches.
• Coordinating and monitoring repairs from receipt through to completion and return.
• Liaising with the workshop regarding repair evaluations, progress and completion dates.
• Preparing and sending repair quotations and following up on approvals.
• Maintaining an accurate repair schedule and handling customer and branch queries.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric; relevant qualification in Administration, Operations or Customer Service is advantageous.
• 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a repairs, workshop or technical environment.
• Experience dealing with customers, quotations, invoicing and job tracking.

Required skills

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Salary between R17,000 and R25,000 per month, based on experience.
