Rental Sales Agent

About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to assist with sourcing new property stock and rental mandates. Based in Cape Town, the role requires onsite visits to properties and works closely with the lettings and sales team to acquire new mandates.
Key responsibilities
- Source new rental and sales stock.
- Identify and engage with prospective landlords and property owners.
- Attend site visits, inspections, and property viewings.
- Assist with listing new properties and related administration.
- Support the lettings and sales team with mandate acquisition.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
- 2‑3 years of experience in the property industry.
- Property education certificate or relevant qualification.
- Self‑starter with initiative and comfortable with rejection and follow‑ups.
- Strong desire to grow within the property industry.
What we offer
- Basic salary of R10,000 per month.
- Petrol reimbursement up to R2,000 per month (claims‑based).
- Commission earned when monthly commission exceeds basic salary and reimbursement, according to company structure.
