About the role

Yo is a fast‑growing British telecoms company seeking a motivated Telesales Consultant to work remotely. You will engage CEOs and managing directors, pitching AI‑driven phone systems that modernise business communications. The role is high‑pressure, target‑driven and rewards top performers with uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage businesses to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach to generate opportunities for the field sales team.
• Present and sell market‑leading, in‑house AI phone solutions.
• Apply a consultative, solution‑led approach to ensure customer success.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain composure during negotiations.
• Contribute energetic, competitive spirit to a high‑performance team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from R10,000 to R15,000 per month.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) of R60,000 with uncapped commission.
• Remote work with set hours: Mon‑Thu 9 am‑6 pm, Fri 9 am‑5 pm (SAST).

• 15 days of annual leave.
