About the role

We are looking for a Remote Technical Customer Support Analyst III to deliver high‑quality, second‑level technical assistance across multiple platforms. You will work in a collaborative environment, helping customers solve complex issues while continuously improving our systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑level technical support for a variety of applications and platforms.
• Respond promptly to incidents and service requests, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Identify and resolve project‑related challenges to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Follow security protocols for account and privilege delegation.
• Manage customer support cases in line with established service standards.
• Proactively seek automation and cost‑reduction opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer‑service orientation and commitment to satisfaction.
• 2–3 years of experience in application support or a customer‑facing technical role.
• Willingness to work overlapping hours with UK/USA time zones.
