Remote Student Enrollment Agent for National Education College

About the role

We are looking for motivated, target‑driven individuals to join a leading distance‑learning college as Remote Student Enrollment Agents. Working from home, you will guide prospective learners through the full admissions journey, helping them choose the right online programmes and complete their registration.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Answer enquiries about courses, admission requirements, fees and enrollment steps.
• Assess candidate needs and recommend suitable programmes aligned with career goals.
• Assist applicants from initial interest to successful registration, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Maintain and update student records in the CRM/student management system.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
• Build relationships with prospects and re‑engage inactive leads.
• Collaborate with academic, finance and student support teams for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Prepare regular enrollment reports and provide updates on recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) completed; a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, business, education or related field is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years experience in admissions, student recruitment, telesales, call‑centre or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
