Remote Sales Manager – Lead UK Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a remote sales team for a UK‑based employer. The role is ideal for a South African professional who can organise, coach and drive revenue growth while collaborating across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Oversee pipeline management, sales forecasting and provide performance coaching.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, CRM data and revenue reports.
• Utilise tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot and other sales enablement platforms.
• Support territory planning, pricing strategy and go‑to‑market execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand the sales pipeline and improve close rates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales management or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage a team and multiple sales priorities.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Experience working with UK‑based clients or employers is advantageous.
• Reliable laptop, stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
