Remote Sales Associate – Digital Marketing Solutions

About the role

Growit MC is seeking motivated individuals to join its remote sales team. As a Sales Associate you will introduce South African businesses to a suite of digital marketing services, helping them grow their online presence and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage business owners via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Identify client needs and present Growit MC’s digital solutions.
• Book and conduct discovery meetings, then follow up to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain an organised CRM, track activities and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and quick to learn.
• Positive attitude and comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) with good English skills.
• Reliable internet connection, smartphone or laptop, and strong self‑discipline.
