About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant specialising in Sales and Marketing, working fully remotely. You will join a market‑leading agency that uses warm, pre‑booked calls and modern sourcing strategies to place candidates with well‑known organisations.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full or partial recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, supported by a dedicated team.
Conduct candidate interviews via Zoom, Teams or in‑person and maintain a diary of pre‑booked calls.
Build relationships with candidates and clients, arranging calls and progressing opportunities.
Utilise LinkedIn, the company CRM and other tools to source and track talent.

Required profile

Proven recruiter with at least 1–2 years of experience interviewing candidates.
Strong background in Sales or Marketing recruitment, with a track record of meeting targets.
