Remote Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Recruiter to join our growing team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring we attract and secure top talent for a variety of positions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for multiple roles.
• Develop and publish compelling job postings.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines and keep candidate databases up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates.
• Strong ability to coordinate interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Experience creating job postings and managing talent pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the retail or fragrance industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
