Remote Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for US Clients

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our remote team. You will support US‑based clients by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate outreach to interview coordination, ensuring a smooth matchmaking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews and manage scheduling.
• Request and verify documentation based on client requirements.
• Communicate with clients via Zendesk and keep them updated on requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles and match them to client needs.
• Maintain and update job requisitions and candidate data in Workday.
• Engage candidates throughout the process and coordinate multi‑candidate interviews.
• Attend daily and weekly team meetings and verify start dates for new hires.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking.
