About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across various roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Required profile

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
