Remote Prescription Coordinator – Patient Onboarding

About the role

Our client is expanding a UK pharmacy delivery service and needs a proactive, organized Remote Prescription Coordinator to manage patient onboarding. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work independently while ensuring every new patient experiences a smooth registration process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding of new patients using the internal system.
• Convert incoming leads into active patients by following a structured process.
• Maintain accurate records and update the system with relevant information.
• Liaise with patients via email or phone to complete onboarding steps.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to patient setup and compliance.
• Report progress and issues regularly to the UK‑based line manager.

Required profile

• Matric plus relevant qualifications.
• Sales, marketing or customer‑service experience.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and capable of working independently.
• Confident communicator with good written and verbal English.
• A background in pharmacy or healthcare is a plus, but not essential.
