About the role

diginu is seeking remote, part‑time Business Development Associates to promote its CashBack platform across South Africa. You will act as an independent contractor, introducing customers and merchants to the service, explaining rewards, and guiding users through registration.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the diginuCashBack platform to prospective customers.
• Explain the features and benefits of the rewards programme.
• Assist customers with the registration process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage ongoing engagement.
• Participate in product and marketing training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous marketing or sales experience is beneficial.
• Interest in technology, digital platforms, or e‑commerce is advantageous.
• Legally eligible to work in South Africa.
