About the role

NIVA Health is seeking a dynamic, relationship‑driven recruiter to join its Talent Team as a remote Healthcare Recruiter. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, shaping their impression of the organization while helping to build a high‑performing workforce across clinical and non‑clinical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
• Promote job openings on diverse platforms to maximize reach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future needs.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with HR leadership.
• Act as a brand ambassador, communicating NIVA Health’s mission, values, and culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to support seamless onboarding.
• Participate in HR projects and stay current on talent‑acquisition trends.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
