Remote Head of Paid Media

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a Head of Paid Media to own the strategy, execution and scaling of performance marketing engines. It is a full-time, independent contractor leadership role in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, where the candidate has the autonomy to shape the digital footprint of their client. The role suits a data-driven expert focused on conversion optimization and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and execute a paid media strategy across search, social, display and emerging channels
• Manage and optimize significant monthly budgets for maximum ROI and efficient CAC
• Lead the testing roadmap for creative, copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Analyse complex data sets, extract insights and report key performance indicators to executive leadership
• Collaborate with the creative team on high-performing assets
• Keep up with industry trends, platform updates and privacy changes
• Oversee tracking, attribution models and pixel management to ensure data integrity

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid accounts
• Direct experience managing six or seven-figure monthly media spends
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Understanding of direct-response marketing principles and funnel architecture
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
• Previous experience leading a small team of media buyers or agencies

Required skills

• Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar BI tools
• SQL or advanced data modeling
• Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest or programmatic platforms
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or D2C high-ticket industries
