Remote Designer – Agency Experience & Detail‑Oriented

About the role

You will join Unicorn Placements as a remote designer, bringing solid agency experience and a sharp eye for detail. Working quickly without compromising quality, you will manage your own workload while collaborating with creative, strategy and account teams across South African and UK markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality creative for digital, social, print, OOH and campaign roll‑outs.
• Take ownership of briefs from concept through to final delivery.
• Maintain strong craft and attention to detail while working at speed.
• Prepare final artwork that is production‑ready and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and account teams to deliver cohesive work.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorms and ensure consistency across brand executions.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong layout, typography and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience delivering multi‑channel campaign work.
• Ability to work quickly with high accuracy and manage own workflow.
• Understanding of print production and digital specifications.

What we offer
