Group Designer – Graphic & Multimedia

About the role

Lesaka Technologies is seeking a Group Designer (Graphic & Multimedia) for its Group/Shared Services division in Johannesburg. The permanent position is aimed at a mid‑senior designer with strong expertise across graphic, digital, video and motion‑graphics production, supporting the One Lesaka brand across multiple communication platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign designs.
• Create digital, print and social media content.
• Produce videos, animations and motion graphics.
• Design presentations and infographics.
• Maintain the Lesaka brand identity.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Present concepts to stakeholders.
• Coordinate photography and videography when required.
• Ensure designs meet corporate identity standards.
• Improve creative processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio covering print, digital, video and motion graphics.
• Experience with brand evolution or rebranding.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Canva template design.
• UI/UX and responsive design knowledge.
• Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
