Remote B2B Sales Representative – Base Salary + Commission

About the role

SalesRoads is seeking a remote B2B Sales Representative to join its appointment‑setting team. You will work from a quiet home office, making outbound calls to business decision‑makers and securing qualified meetings for our clients’ sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound B2B phone calls to prospects across various industries.
• Deliver a concise, value‑based introduction and assess interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments for client sales teams without closing deals.
• Accurately record call activity and outcomes in internal systems.
• Participate in regular coaching, training sessions, and call reviews to improve performance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in outbound B2B calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.
• Confident, professional phone presence with strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
