Remote Account Manager – US Business Hours

About the role

InsideOut Hiring is expanding its client‑success team and seeks a proactive Account Manager to own the relationship with U.S.‑based clients after sign‑up. You will act as the central liaison between clients, sales, and recruiters, ensuring a smooth hiring process and driving account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding, communicating timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams, collecting feedback and ensuring no tasks fall through the cracks.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to align on client needs, proactively address issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Develop long‑term relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and present additional services to generate commission.
• Educate clients on best practices for working with virtual assistants and set clear expectations around response times and deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role such as Account Manager, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑first mindset.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent English – the role requires speaking and writing exclusively in English during the shift.
