Remote Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to act as the trusted partner for our digital marketing agency’s clients. You will guide clients through their digital marketing journey, manage 25‑30 accounts, and ensure long‑term success by bridging the gap between clients and our internal delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture 25‑30 client accounts across various industries.
• Translate technical digital‑marketing updates into clear, client‑friendly communication.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, status updates, and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Prioritize requests based on impact and team capacity, avoiding overload.
• Proactively report progress, task completions, and updates without reminders.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables using ClickUp, ensuring transparency.
• Monitor project pipelines, keep tasks organized, and move them efficiently through ClickUp.
• Track and analyze campaign performance data, providing clear reports and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar role.
• Experience working in digital‑marketing agencies.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Friendly, confident demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with organizational tools/CRMs such as ClickUp and GoHighLevel.
• Solid understanding of web design, SEO, and Google Ads.
• Ability to track and analyze campaign performance data.
