Relocations & Records Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a practical, hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to manage both Relocations and Records Management warehouse environments. The role combines floor‑level operations, administration, team coordination and direct customer interaction, requiring a candidate who is comfortable operating a forklift, handling goods and records, and communicating professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain order, cleanliness, safety and efficient use of warehouse space while receiving, labeling, storing and dispatching household effects, pallet boxes and records.
• Complete and verify all warehouse documentation, capture client and inventory data in PC‑based systems and provide status updates to the Operations team.
• Assist with local customer collections and deliveries, representing the company professionally and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, allocate work, guide staff on procedures, and provide operational cover during busy periods or staff absences.
• Follow health, safety and security standards, conduct regular checks, report hazards and keep the warehouse audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Valid Code 10 driver’s licence and a valid forklift operator’s licence.
• Practical experience in warehousing, logistics, removals or records management, preferably with supervisory or team‑coordination duties.
• Computer literate with experience using email, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, spreadsheets and warehouse‑management systems.
• Strong spoken and written English and ability to interact directly with customers and service providers.
