About the role
National Renal Care is looking for an ambitious, self‑motivated Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to work in an independent practice at its Paarl facility. The role involves delivering safe, cost‑effective, high‑quality patient care in line with company policies and clinical governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform dialysis treatments safely according to prescriptions and NRC internal policies.
- Provide optimal patient care following the nursing scope of practice and NRC clinical pathways.
- Manage and maintain all medical equipment in compliance with NRC technical policies.
- Utilise NRC quality‑initiative programmes for patients under your management.
- Maintain and update patient clinical records within required deadlines and standards.
- Follow all unit financial policies, including billing, stock control and waste management.
- Lead each shift, supervising all sub‑categories on the floor daily.
- Demonstrate National Renal Care values and the NRC way of caring.
