Registered Dietitian – Treatment Specialist (Remote, SA)

About the role

We are expanding our Weight Loss team and need a qualified Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to join us as a Treatment Specialist. This remote, weekend‑focused position involves conducting video consultations with UK‑based patients who are applying for GLP‑1 weight‑management therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform BMI verification and clinical assessments via video calls.
• Educate patients on the risks, benefits, side‑effects and expected outcomes of GLP‑1 treatment.
• Screen for disordered eating and conduct eating‑disorder assessments when required.
• Guide patients on monitoring side‑effects and when to seek clinical support.
• Collaborate with clinical and customer‑support teams to ensure safe, effective care.
• Optionally support the live‑chat ticket queue as a secondary duty.

Required profile

• Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist registered with the HPCSA.
• Available to work every Saturday and Sunday plus 1–2 weekdays.
• Comfortable delivering back‑to‑back video consultations for extended periods.
• Experience in clinical assessment and patient education.
• Willingness to develop knowledge of GLP‑1 medications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
