Regional Sales Representative – Northern Cape & Kimberley

About the role

Eva-Last is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to drive growth across the Northern Cape and Kimberley region. You will work remotely while building strong relationships with contractors, dealers, architects, and homeowners, promoting sustainable building products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with contractors, dealers, and homeowners.
• Identify, onboard, and support new contractor partners.
• Provide merchandising, product promotion, and account management support to dealers.
• Present product specifications, samples, and technical support to drive specification.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Represent Eva‑Last at trade events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and account‑management skills.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid South African driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of flooring, decking, cladding, or related building products is a plus.
