About the role
Know the aftermarket better than anyone in the room? Here, the regional portfolio is yours. Reporting to the Regional Category Manager, you will take full ownership of an aftermarket product portfolio across a multi‑country international region, shaping strategy, growing the range and ensuring each product lands in the right segment at the right price.
Key responsibilities
- Drive portfolio sales and margin performance across the region.
- Develop regional range plans based on solid business cases.
- Position products across premium and budget segments.
- Provide go‑to‑market support to regional sales teams.
Required profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Sales & Marketing.
- Fluent English.
- Extensive product management experience in automotive parts (OEM or aftermarket).
- Ability to connect OE engineering to aftermarket opportunities.
- Proven track record of turning market insight into sellable products.
Required skills
- Business case, pricing and margin analysis.
- Vehicle application and range coverage expertise.
- OE product development and launch process knowledge.
