About the role
Keyloop is seeking a dynamic Regional OEM Manager to lead automotive OEM partnerships across South Africa and the broader African market. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will act as the strategic lead within a cross‑functional pod, driving revenue growth and long‑term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximise client satisfaction, retention and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospect new OEM and dealer groups across South Africa and Africa.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and demonstrate how Keyloop’s SaaS solutions deliver measurable business impact.
- Analyse market trends and client feedback to influence product development and innovation.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals and upselling of additional services.
- Collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to exceed client expectations.
- Oversee the full sales funnel – prospecting, qualifying and closing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and drive double‑digit year‑over‑year growth.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of selling technology solutions with ROI based on business process optimisation.
- Experience leveraging AI in sales to enhance functionality and capability.
- Deep understanding of dealership operations, workflows and growth plans.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop multi‑year account plans.
