Regional Manager – Angola (Quick Service Restaurants)

About the role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our Vida E Caffe team. This role is responsible for the effective operation of multiple quick‑service restaurants within a designated area. Regional Managers are hands‑on and accountable for profit, customer satisfaction, labour and sales targets, and operational efficiency while adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch managers through monthly performance reviews, ensuring effective branch operations and succession planning.
• Drive financial profitability by analysing P&L statements, controlling costs, maximising sales, and improving labour productivity.
• Oversee customer satisfaction metrics, implement training plans, and guide managers to enhance service delivery and brand standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, security, cash‑handling and banking procedures, and manage risk according to statutory requirements.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives, maintain product and equipment quality, and monitor restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Collaborate with HR to optimise staffing, enforce performance management, reward, recognition, and foster teamwork across branches.

Required profile

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multiple QSR outlets or branches.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong knowledge of basic financial principles, profit‑and‑loss analysis, and QSR business operations.
• Understanding of marketing standards, employment relations and brand compliance.
• Business Management qualification preferred.
