About the role
The Regional Key Accounts Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the division, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while driving operational excellence across fulfillment, payroll, industrial relations and financial planning.
Key responsibilities
- Fulfil client requirements and manage daily operational roles, ensuring timely fulfillment reports and effective contingency planning.
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns to meet staffing SLAs, forecast resource needs and optimise service delivery.
- Coordinate regional payroll processes, manage timesheets, leave accounts and termination procedures in line with SOPs.
- Oversee industrial relations, represent the company at the CCMA, track IR matters and support disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager and GM to prepare the annual operational budget, monthly management accounts and forecasts, including uniform and transport cost tracking.
