Regional HR Manager – Lead Operations & Labour Relations

About the role

The Regional HR Manager will oversee all human‑resource and labour‑relations activities for our Pretoria office, ensuring alignment with national strategy and fostering strong stakeholder partnerships. This senior position requires a blend of operational leadership, legal compliance, and financial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the regional office and align objectives with national strategy.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, external partnerships and ensure compliance with collective agreements.
• Oversee registration of new establishments, annual inspections and dispute‑resolution processes.
• Control regional credit, collections and financial budgeting.
• Host and attend regional and national management meetings.
• Mentor, develop and evaluate staff performance.

Required profile

• BA, LLB or Business Management degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years experience in a collective bargaining environment.
• At least 5 years senior management experience.
• Proven background in labour relations, employment law and HR management.
• Experience in financial and budget management, performance management and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage regional operations.

• Computer literacy.
