Regional HR Business Partner (Remote)

About the role

The Regional HR Business Partner will act as the strategic link between TIENS Group’s global HR headquarters and its regional operations. Working remotely across key hubs, you will support regional expansion, change initiatives, and talent development while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional executives to design workforce plans that align with expansion goals.
• Provide change‑management support during market entries and organizational shifts.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Global HQ HR and local entities.
• Deliver data‑driven people insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and execute localized talent acquisition strategies for senior sales and leadership roles.
• Manage succession planning, talent reviews, and upskilling programs.
• Implement adapted corporate appraisal systems and coach managers on performance enablement.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives to reduce turnover.
• Monitor labor‑law developments and advise on compliance, compensation, and benefits localization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as a Regional HRBP.
• Experience in a multinational corporation with matrix reporting.
• Background in direct‑selling, FMCG, healthcare or retail is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Professional fluency in English and at least one additional major regional language; Mandarin Chinese is a distinct advantage.
