Regional Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Regional Digital Marketing Manager coordinates, aligns and executes digital marketing activities across the Boland & Overberg region. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the role owns the region’s digital channels and delivers both organic and paid social media strategies, content publishing, community management and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the region’s organic and paid social media strategy.
• Plan, create and publish content across all regional digital platforms.
• Manage social media communities, Google Business profiles and the regional YouTube channel.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimise them through analytics.
• Coordinate internal and external content suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide digital expertise, training and support to regional teams.
• Ensure all digital activity complies with national marketing standards and the group digital strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in managing regional digital marketing programmes.
• Ability to work remotely while attending occasional on‑site meetings in the Winelands region.
• Strong understanding of brand, lead generation and engagement objectives.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends and digital tools.
• Willingness to support the organisation’s employment equity objectives.
