Regional Accounts Manager

About the role

We are seeking suitably qualified Regional Account Managers to oversee all branch functions within the Lewis Group. The role involves leading a profitable and sustainable business unit, driving performance while balancing excellent customer service in a high‑pressure sales and credit control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, lead, motivate, develop, and empower branch employees to retain a stable, high‑performing team.
• Drive sales targets and manage operational efficiencies to maintain a healthy and profitable business.
• Ensure excellent customer service by actively engaging with customers and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage and control financial targets within company norms while balancing business risk.
• Maintain and improve sales performance, stock efficiencies, and credit risk management.
• Minimise stock loss through strict compliance with security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure all administrative duties comply with company guidelines (NCA & FAIS).
• Guide and verify branch operations to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory legislation.
• People management, including training, mentoring, coaching, and performance management.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• Computer literate.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Proven management ability to lead, motivate, develop, and empower branch staff.
