Recruitment Strategy – Operations Lead

About the role

NIVA Health, a fast‑growing U.S. healthcare organization, is seeking a senior recruitment leader to design and run its end‑to‑end recruiting engine. The role is fully remote from South Africa and operates on U.S. Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s recruiting strategy for hard‑to‑fill clinical and operational positions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn, social platforms, professional communities and other digital channels.
• Lead, coach and hold a team of Talent Partners accountable to clear KPIs.
• Own recruiting dashboards, metrics and executive reporting.
• Identify performance gaps, take rapid corrective actions and continuously improve sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring processes.
• Leverage technology, data and automation to accelerate recruiting cycles.
• Stay hands‑on by personally hunting for candidates when roles are especially challenging.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent‑acquisition experience, including success in difficult‑to‑fill roles.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor recruiters, driving accountability and results.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with KPIs, targets and executive presentations.
• Self‑directed, highly organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Passionate about talent acquisition and relentless in pursuing the right candidates.

• Advanced sourcing on LinkedIn and other social media recruiting platforms.
• Data‑driven recruiting using analytics and automation tools.
