We are seeking a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to support our hiring process. You will conduct pre‑screening interviews, engage with applicants, and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑screening interviews with potential candidates.
• Assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.
• Maintain and update candidate records and databases.
• Perform basic administrative tasks using Google Sheets.
• Communicate professionally with candidates via phone and email.
• Follow up with applicants and keep recruitment records up to date.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• High attention to detail when handling candidate information.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
