Recruitment & Financial Manager – Hybrid (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Manager to support our hiring processes and manage day‑to‑day QuickBooks accounting. This hybrid/remote position is based in Cape Town and offers flexible “lifestyle” working hours aligned with international time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job advertising, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support basic HR administration.
• Handle all QuickBooks accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations and month‑end reporting.
• Ensure financial records are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant.
• Liaise with the team on both people‑ and finance‑related matters.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• BCom degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
• Proven experience in recruitment/hiring and QuickBooks accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a hybrid/remote setup.
• Based in Cape Town (hybrid attendance required as needed).
