Recruitment Coordinator – ABA Therapy (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support a US‑based provider of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy. Working remotely on EST hours, you will be embedded within the client’s operations and responsible for building a steady pipeline of ABA therapists.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑volume candidates primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Conduct outreach, screen resumes and assess potential candidates from education, psychology, childcare and related backgrounds.
• Manage end‑to‑end hiring process for approximately 10 ABA therapist hires per week, reviewing 50+ resumes.
• Coordinate onboarding and placement into the client’s 40‑hour training programme for candidates without formal ABA experience.
• Maintain real‑time notes, update candidate records and ensure compliance with US and South African holiday schedules.
• Ensure reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and power backup to support continuous remote work.

Required profile

• Strong phone‑based communication and proactive outreach skills.
• Ability to manage a fast‑moving, high‑volume candidate pipeline.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or education sectors.
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet connection and backup power solution.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM EST and observe both South African and US public holidays.
