Recruitment Consultant – White Collar (Remote, SA)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our white‑collar legal recruitment team. The position is fully remote, based in South Africa, and operates on UK business hours (10:00‑20:15 UK time). You will work 47.5 hours per week, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and research (approximately 5 hours daily) to identify qualified legal candidates.
• Spend around 3.75 hours per day on phone conversations with prospects and clients.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (about 1 hour per day).
• Manage a pipeline of deals ranging from $25 k to $100 k and achieve placement targets.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500 k‑$1 m portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar or legal recruitment.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Comfortable working remotely and adhering to UK time zones.
