Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Work From Home) – 35k‑40k + commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on sourcing and placing lawyers for high‑value engagements. The role operates on UK business hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM) and aligns partially with US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls (approximately 3.75 hours daily) to identify and engage legal professionals.
• Perform research and outreach (around 5 hours daily) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Participate in daily training sessions and internal meetings (about 1 hour).
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1 m portfolios.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and update the candidate database.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial US coverage.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
