Recruitment Consultant – Remote – R35k‑R40k + Commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work from home, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value roles. The position follows UK business hours (10:00‑20:15) and requires a commitment of 47.5 hours per week. You will earn a base salary of R35k‑R40k per month plus a 10% commission on placements ranging from $25,000 to $100,000.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of legal professionals.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500k‑$1m accounts.
• Utilise the company’s extensive lawyer dataset to identify and match candidates.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.

Required skills

• Strong phone communication and outreach abilities.
• Effective research techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
