Recruitment Consultant – Remote (Legal & Accounting)

About the role

Phillips Butterworth Limited is seeking a results‑driven Recruitment Partner to join its 100% remote South African team. You will work across Australia and the United Kingdom, placing legal and accounting professionals while being directly rewarded for your performance.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact candidates and clients, maintaining a high‑volume phone outreach schedule.
• Source, interview, and place lawyers, attorneys, in‑house legal staff, and accountants in private practice or corporate roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Achieve and exceed billing targets, contributing to a competitive commission structure.
• Align work hours with the Australian market, starting as early as 6:00 AM SAST.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and the company’s proprietary CRM/ATS to track activity.

Required profile

• Proven track record in legal or accounting recruitment with demonstrable commission earnings.
• Strong phone manner – articulate, warm, and professional at all times.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently without supervision.
• Comfortable with early‑start schedules to match international time zones.

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (advantageous).
