Recruitment Consultant – Remote (35k‑40k Rand + commission)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on placing lawyers in high‑value engagements. The role operates on UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and supports partial USA coverage. You will earn a base salary of 35‑40 k Rand per month plus a 10 % commission on placements ranging from $25 k to $100 k.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls (approximately 3.75 hours daily) and perform research/outreach (about 5 hours daily) to identify and engage legal professionals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement, ensuring high‑quality candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the company’s lawyer database, leveraging one of the best datasets globally.
• Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings (around 1 hour per day).
• Collaborate with senior billers handling $500 k‑$1 m portfolios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Strong drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA time zones.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
