Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our remote team. You will work from home, covering UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and supporting partial USA coverage. The role offers a base salary of 35‑40 k Rand per month plus a 10 % commission on placements ranging from $25 k to $100 k.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to source legal candidates.
• Spend 5 hours each day on research and outreach activities.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training and meetings.
• Maintain a 47.5‑hour work week, aligning with UK and occasional USA hours.
• Collaborate with high‑performing billers handling $500 k‑$1 m accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours.
• Comfortable covering partial USA business hours.
