Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely and focus on placing lawyers. The role offers a base salary of 35k‑40k Rand per month plus a 10% commission on deals ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls daily with potential candidates and clients.
• Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified lawyers.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with high‑performing billers who generate $500k‑$1m in revenue.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and contribute to the team’s overall billing goals.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness to work extended hours covering partial USA time zones.
