Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k + Commission

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely, focusing on sourcing and placing lawyers. The role follows UK business hours (10:00‑20:15) and offers a structured schedule of phone outreach, research, and training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 3.75 hours of phone outreach daily to engage potential lawyer candidates.
• Perform 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of qualified legal professionals.
• Participate in 1 hour of daily training sessions and internal meetings.
• Collaborate with high‑performing billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.
• Utilise the company’s extensive lawyer dataset to match candidates with client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• High level of drive and ability to work long hours, including partial USA coverage.
• Comfortable working a 47.5‑hour week and adapting to daylight‑saving time changes.
